Tips for Jumping Into Water Activities

Are you planning trips this summer that take you near rivers, lakes, creeks, and oceans? Summer's a time when most of the country enjoys warmer weather and outdoor fun, including lots of the wet stuff. With all of the activities to enjoy in and around water, here are some you might want to try.

For Adventurous Types
Go for scuba diving, surfboarding, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite boarding, body boarding (surfing), kayaking, canoeing, and sailing.

Just Getting Your Feet Wet?
For swimming newbies or those who want a less demanding water experience, consider paddle boating, fishing, water bikes, or a water trampoline.

Hit the Beach!
Run or walk in the surf and sand, play Frisbee® or volleyball on the beach, or fly a kite from your beach chair.
