2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
One (10 ounce) package frozen cauliflower flowerets or 3 ½ cups
1 medium potato, peeled and diced (1 cup)
2 ½ cups low sodium low fat chicken stock
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
¼ teaspoon freshly ground white or black pepper
2 teaspoons horseradish
