1 8-fluid-ounce bottle chilled Homemade Vanilla Ensure®*
1/2 cup sliced peaches canned in heavy syrup, drained
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 drops yellow food coloring, optional
In a blender, combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
