Peanut Butter Fluff

Makes: Six 1/2-cup servings

2 8-fluid-ounce bottles Homemade Vanilla Ensure®*
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 3.4-ounce package instant chocolate pudding
1 cup whipped topping

Using an electric mixer set at low speed, gradually combine Ensure with peanut butter. Add pudding mix. Beat at low speed until well blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into individual dishes.
