Rich Dark Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients

Makes: Two 1-cup servings

1 cup (8 ounces) Ensure® Rich Dark Chocolate Shake*
1 cup frozen pitted dark cherries
1/2 teaspoon sugar-free cherry gelatin powder
1/2 cup low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons nondairy whipped topping (optional)
Cocoa powder or finely shaved chocolate (optional)

Directions

In the jar of a blender, combine Ensure, cherries, gelatin powder, and frozen yogurt, and blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until the shake is smooth. Pour the shake into two glasses. Optional garnish: Top each shake with a dollop of nondairy whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
