Ensure® Original Confetti Cake
A sweet celebration every time, this recipe is easy to make and will be a sure-fire favorite for any occasion!

Ingredients
● 1 Vanilla or Strawberry Ensure Original shake, 8 fl oz
● 1 box confetti cake or rainbow chip cake mix, 15.25 oz
● 2 large eggs
● ½ cup vegetable oil
Directions
Heat oven to 350° F. (325° F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of pan or line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Combine cake mix, Ensure Original, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed or beat vigorously by hand for 2 minutes. Divide into muffin cups or mini fluted cakes, or pour into 13x9 cake pan.
Bake mini fluted cakes or muffins for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Bake 13x9 cake for 28 to 33 minutes. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
