Combine cake mix, Ensure Original, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed or beat vigorously by hand for 2 minutes. Divide into muffin cups or mini fluted cakes, or pour into 13x9 cake pan.
Bake mini fluted cakes or muffins for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Bake 13x9 cake for 28 to 33 minutes. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
