Ingredients
● 1 Milk Chocolate Ensure Original shake, 8 fl oz
● 1 box salted caramel brownie mix
● 1 egg
● ½ cup oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º F. (350º F for a dark, nonstick pan). Grease the bottom and sides of an 8x8 or an 9x9 baking pan and set aside. Combine brownie mix, oil, Ensure Original, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Mix vigorously for 75 strokes. Pour into prepared pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool for 20 minutes in pan before serving.
