Ingredients

● 1 Milk Chocolate Ensure COMPLETE shake, 10 fl oz
● 1 frozen banana
● 1 tbsp nut butter (such as natural almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 glasses and serve cold. Immediately refrigerate or freeze remaining servings and consume or discard after 24 hours.
