The name says it all: this smoothie recipe blends the taste of your favorite summer fruits with nutritious and delicious Ensure® COMPLETE Vanilla shake!

Ingredients

● 1 Vanilla Ensure COMPLETE shake, 10 fl oz
● 1 fresh stone fruit (peach, plum, or nectarine), pit removed (alternatively, use ½ cup canned or frozen)
● 1 cup fresh (or frozen) mixed berries
● Ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice until shake is desired consistency. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately. Immediately refrigerate or freeze remaining servings and consume or discard after 24 hours.
