One-Week Assessment: Where do you stand?
Take a little time this week to really look at how you’re eating. Are you doing all you can to stay your healthy best, getting plenty of protein, vitamins, and minerals? Try our One-Week Assessment to be certain! Each day, have you had:
An amount equal to three full meals?
At least one serving of dairy?
At least one serving of meat, fish, beans, eggs, or poultry?
Two more servings of fruit or vegetables?
At least 5 cups of fluids (water, juice, tea, coffee, milk, Ensure)?
Keep track—in a notebook or electronically—of how you’re doing. Notice any gaps and work to fill them in over the coming weeks.
