On the other hand, Ensure High Protein and Ensure Max Protein are designed to provide supplemental protein and other nutrients in fewer calories.
The greatest quantity of Ensure/Ensure Plus that would be recommended for adults is 6 - 8 servings per day. A serving is considered 8 fl oz.
